Prices are on request. Costs vary depending on the season.

The prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels (weekly change of linen), the consumption of air conditioning. The cost of heating is to be paid separately.

Upon arrival, guests must provide a damage deposit of € 1000 which will be returned at the end of the stay less the cost of any damage suffered.

The final cleaning does not include:

• Villa Storica (final cleaning to be paid on site € 300.00)

• Antico Casolare (final cleaning to be paid on site € 300.00)

• Villa Storica + Antico Casolare (final cleaning to be paid on site € 550.00).
