From the entrance on the ground floor there is access to a large living room with fireplace, sofas and satellite TV.

You will also find two dining rooms and a large entrance that will welcome you.

Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere

Here you can spend relaxing afternoons or evenings watching a nice movie, drinking a glass of wine or telling stories and memories.

All the interior spaces are very spacious, even the same access to the rooms.

Also on the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen that opens with glass doors on the characteristic covered outdoor patio.

In addition to this kitchen there is a second one with direct access to the porch, where you can dine on summer evenings.
