In a separate area on the ground floor, with independent access adjacent to the villa, there is a cottage with equipped terrace, kitchenette, a double bedroom with bathroom.

Each room has its own private bathroom, with bath or shower.

Even the same bathrooms retain the identity of rustic country style.
